Hard safety rules
- Public scan uses mempool.space plus the reference Ord indexer.
- Unconfirmed, rare-sat, mixed-asset, and ambiguous outputs are blocked.
- Inscription offsets are read from each inscription’s current indexed location.
- Different Rune types are never combined; no runestone or OP_RETURN is created.
- Wallet ownership is proven by deriving the scanned address from its public key.
- Signing never broadcasts. The signed PSBT is re-decoded before a separate broadcast.
Sats Tools never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Scanning arbitrary addresses is read-only. Transaction execution is currently limited to Taproot asset addresses controlled by an installed Xverse, UniSat, or OKX Wallet extension.
